Burwin in Islington has done tyres for me in the past. Been a few years since I've been there though

Burwins have moved but still do tyres.

They are in stoke Newington now 19a victoria road n16

Oh right, where are they now?
Good guys in my experience. Went in there as a total noob with seized and snapped header bolts and they really helped me out without being judgey
