WTD: Parentbike!

My partner is pregnant and she wants a more suitable bike for that and a bit of parenthood.

Flat bar, mounts for racks and guards, an old steel mountain bike or hybrid or something would fit the bill nicely. Still something a bit cool, she's not ready for a dutch bike quite yet.

I know someone will have just the thing, something around a small / 17-18" / 50cm or less I'd say?

Get her a Dawes Kingpin she won't be disappointed. It's got everything you ask for and more. Probably not safe for the child though... :P

They're very cool, but folding not required and doesn't look the most child seat compatible...

I got a Marin bear valley mtb and out kiddo seat and basket on it, loads of tyre clear next and mounts etc, love it. Think someone is selling a frame on here?

How tall is the person in question?
26” wheels, rack and guard mounts, can be adjusted with longer stem, wider bars , longer Seatpost etc etc
