There's no rule about flipping. It's just a v distasteful thing to do it in a community where people often (in the spirit of said community) price things at bargain levels and generally don't act in a mercenary way. Cos you know, it's a nice thing to do for the community, cos you know, community n all that.
Sorry about your back and the bike not fitting. That happens and it's unfortunate.
The rest is bullshit.
No one forced you to post it on Facebook. you could have VERY easily offered it up for sale here for what you bought it, it would have sold quickly for 1200. Esp since there was plenty of interested on the original sale listing. You could have even piggybacked on the original sale thread to resell it, it would have gone to that Itsvan fella or the other person who asked if it was still around.
Just be honest, you were greedy and wanted to make a £600 and knew you couldn't do it here without being called out.
