Just building up this twenty I bought for a tenner. Looked okay when I bought it but soon realised most things where broken/bent etc. Had part's around so did headset conversion with hacksaw and file, actually worked out okay. May do the crank hack but it's spinning okay so maybe just a service. Main problem is fork/frame is probably bent so may try another fork, new tyres and hack on brake's and mudguards, also spray rear rim black. Handlebars and stem combo where temp to see but quite like it now.

Also had a seat post in the parts bin so just bought a shim to fit. This thing has a lot of shim's.

Just picked up a marin larkspur for my partner. Looks like it's been ridden twice in 4 years.
It's not at heavy as I expected! Plan is new wheels & tyres, transfer the dyno lighting and rack from her old bike and then some mudguards. Light bicycle rims and terreno zeros/whatever 50mm 650b slicks I can find. -
