Silver stem, handlebars and 1" threadless headset

As per title, I'm after some silver 31.8mm diameter handlebars along with an ahead stem and a 1" threadless headset to go with them. Yes, that's right, a 1" threadless headset.

Anyone got anything going? I've looked online but the cheapest I can source these for is £80+ quid, which feels a bit steep.

Ritchey…silver….42cm wide…128mm reach and 78mm drop…Never used.
