This is bang on, cheers @amey that's done exactly what I need. Using it through my mobile, I set a duration of 100 calories, a primary target of 300w and I can just climb on and off every 20 calories and it'll pause the workout.
Done the same for distance as well. Set a duration of 10k, a primary target of 300w and again, can just climb on and off every 1km. Basement crossfit workouts, come at me.
Is there any software out there that just let you 'free cycle'? Essentially, I'd like to set my turbo up so I could use it for CrossFit-esque workouts.
For example, setting the resistance to 300 watts, and when I get on and start pedaling a timer pops up that shows me things like duration and calories.
