  • Is there any software out there that just let you 'free cycle'? Essentially, I'd like to set my turbo up so I could use it for CrossFit-esque workouts.

    For example, setting the resistance to 300 watts, and when I get on and start pedaling a timer pops up that shows me things like duration and calories.

  • If you have a Wahoo, their app does that. Tacx Neos let you just jump on and they'll up resistance to some level.

    I've also programmed Computrainers to do this but I presume it unlikely you're talking about a CT unit.

    Trainerroad - can you run it in demo mode or something without subscribing?

  • Do you mean Wahoo SYSTM? I've got that, but never seen that functionality in it.

    Thank fuck I'm currently working my notice period and have an empty schedule. A day playing with Turbo software it is.
