  • Is there any software out there that just let you 'free cycle'? Essentially, I'd like to set my turbo up so I could use it for CrossFit-esque workouts.

    For example, setting the resistance to 300 watts, and when I get on and start pedaling a timer pops up that shows me things like duration and calories.

  • That's great, ta. As long as it has some sort of metric I can plan around, time and watts is plenty, then I can make it work. Looks complex though!
