That is a good idea, as dot brake fluid absorbs water. Not as if the there is lots of fluid.
Careful as dot brake fluid ruins paint and skin etc.
EDIT 355ml of brake fluid is 4.49 in Screwfix/Toolstation while 125 of Halfords stuff is £4.99
