I tweaked the back of my left knee on Saturday, hopefully nothing major but I'm going to err on the side of caution and sit this one out :(

A second set of roadworks has appeared at the other end of Jews Walk so it now takes ages to get from Westwood Hill to Kirkdale.

Might be worth altering the route a bit until they are done.
