Dingle speed is totally rad, I'm planning to do the same thing with my allez. I ran a FSA pig headset on my steamroller for the few years it filled in as my wet weather commuter run around which performed perfectly. Build it to your heart's content so if you desire to change the fork, more power to you! The build looks comfy and practical so far

Have some grey cotton bartape ready. May give it the Hulsroy bleach sprinkles (tm).
Also planning on getting a silver rear wheel with 6 bolt disc mount and similar profile to the front araya sometime in the new year.
Then I can mount a 16tooth bolt on cog.
So dinglespeed/fixed monstercross. Rad!
Will maybe also fit a 400 a-c disc fork that I have spare to see if that livens it up.
And spray the Kona fork black.
And possibly get some decals.
