I know where you guys are coming from when you talk about Richard Sachs, but here’s an anecdote for balance.
I was once lucky enough to own a Nobilette built Rivendell Custom which has cast in guides for the cables under the BB. I noticed Richard Sachs bikes have the same feature and mentioned in some online forum that I could do with some of that thin plastic liner to stop the cable eating the BB shell.
Got a surprise message in my inbox from Richard Sachs, then 2 weeks later a package turns up at the door by Air Mail with a foot long loop of liner, no charge no worries. Gentleman. -

Would have been more on brand if he’d sent it by carrier pigeon

Shakedown in Tenerife. 8.4 kg without pedals, but with bottle cages and garmin mount etc. - not a WW build. I was originally going to put a Deda Vinci stem and bars on, but it looked awful, so I pulled the stem and bars off another bike. Super Record 12s and Bora 60s. Super comfortable and climbs well. It’s a very dark metallic green.
The liner tube is there- on the top tube and bottom bracket.
Built with love by the genius that is @SpokeShed.
Richard Sachs is an artist and a gentleman.

everyone knows the only suitable wheels for a Richard Sachs are aluminium tubs.

Those wheels are pretty grim.
it’s something much bigger than a sachs, philosophically speaking
