Which? rates the Hotpoint MF25GIXH, and for the money it's hard to see the rational for spending more.

A brilliant microwave with an average grill
This microwave from Hotpoint was good at just about everything. The only aspect we found a little lacking was its grill function, which gave an average performance in our test lab. It’s a couple of years old and more expensive than most microwaves of this type, but it’s worth it and earned a well-deserved Best Buy.

If it were me, and I didn't already have a double oven, I would get one of the oven/microwave ones.

They will also fill the gap better. That Hotpoint one is only 39cm high so you'll need some extra blanking which may look weird.

Have you used one? I had a combi grill/oven/microwave and while it was an awesome microwave I only used the grill once and the oven twice.
The shiny inside plus the microwave turntable gubbins meant it was a tedious cleaning job after grilling anything.
Will be a straight microwave in the new kitchen.
