i talk to the woman in liverpool street most times i'm in, on one of these conversations she mentioned they don't have kpi's in the traditional sense, such as selling stock, but more about promoting engagement, makes for a wonderful experience imo. as far as in person goes.
also means if you're starting out you're not going to be sold a bunch of rather expensive paints and plastic. first time i went in with my sister the person serving insisted we bought no more than a starter box and an extra brush. fending off extra questions about brush sizes or paints. seemed surreal for a shop, kept me coming back.

Also, went to do the mini of the month in the Bristol store and they'd run out but the lady gave the kids an infernus marine each to bring home. I've only been into this store a couple of times and the staff are always great, really kind and happy to chat and take time with people even if they aren't spending any money 👍
