Do people revisit audiobooks as they might with a book? If not I don't understand owning an audiobook.

There’s been a few books I’d happily read more than once, some I’d read again and again.

The Spotify 15h rule is a joke. And the fact that if your duo or family only the main account holder gets audiobooks. Waste of time.

MrsDeth has audible, there is a "free" library included with the "1 book credit" per month.
No idea what the catalogue is like mind you.I used "borrowbox" which an audiobook library through Essex Libraries (other counties might be included?)

Nah
"Pay £0.99 for the first 3 months and £7.99/month thereafter."
So, I'd get something like 3xbooks for £3 and then stop the service. Then they spam me again after 6 months and I see if I've finished all the books, start it up again/or not. Rinse Repeat.

They have a 3 months at a quid a month deal going on now, I am tempted.

Definitely worth it for that price! I'd suggest using your monthly credit to download whatever seems appealing but use your 3 month's membership to listen to as much of the free stuff as you can. You can't access the free bits without the membership but you can listen to stuff you've bought with credits without one. Same applies to Hippy.

Same applies to Hippy.
This is what I already do. I just don't have time these days so I haven't done it for ages. Before a TransAm or TCR length event I'd join up, download some stuff I wanted and rinse the service for the 3 months or whatever and then cancel it. But I've so many podcasts queued up these days and with no commute and fewer events I just that I just don't have time to listen.
