Making time! Got the files and torch out again to make another stem, this time to go on the Solaris when it gets rebuilt. This one is 35mm length and there is a very small third tube between the bar and steerer tubes that ended up hidden by the fillets. Went for double M6 bolts on both the steerer and bar tube for maximum clamping security as it'll be ridden off-road. I'm tempted to try and get this one powder coated for a tougher finish rather than using a rattlecan as I have previously. Just waiting on the stainless bolts to arrive for it now.
I've also cut the tubes to make a high stack ~80mm stem for the cycletruck soon too.
