Apologies, life-stuff interrupted
This one is actually number 583 (misread it) with a match on the steerer tube (WIP build in progress)
Can’t reach the other, is right at the back :(

Could be an '83 frame. To me it looks a bit unusual to see nutted calipers and rounded stay ends (by the dropouts) that late. I don't know the road frames of that period well enough, though.

Might be worth asking on this thread.
