I think Ronnie Romance regularly uses bars with a 26mm clamp diameter (in a 25.4mm stem) then adds the flare by bending the bars between two pieces of wood in a vice - he shows the method in several of his youtube videos.

The On-One Midge was issued as a 25.4 for a while.

Salsa Woodchipper used to be available in 25.4, if you can track one down

I too have done both of these things. It’s not as easy as he makes I look to get the flare even.

I think Rune have created and solved this problem:

It’s a lovely bar and I’d snap it up but I have a 25.4 stem (clamp) that’s very pretty, I’d like to use it, and the Rune bars are 26mm.
I guess I could force it, but I don’t want to mash anything up, which is highly likely. A 24.5 bar and 24.5 stem clamp would be the way to go if possible…

After much digging, have found these 25.4 Nitto dirt drops 52 cm wide, which is plenty:

Ronnie is your go to for this, put 26.0 bars in a 25.4 stem, job done.
Anyone know of any drop, flared, gravel bars that take a 25.4 mm clamp/stem and 50 cm wide?
Your recommendations or suggestions please! I’ve had a search but not really finding anything…
