I have 9 and 10 speed Campag Veloce rear derailleurs, both medium cage I think. Also have Campag triple front derailleurs, although can't recall if they're Veloce too. But likely you're already sorted by now?

May have a Centaur triple FD going begging soon if you're still looking.

Hi @walkmanman and @ketsbaia, I've not heard back yet from my message to @Triwack, so still searching.
@walkmanman, can you let me know if you have a matching FD and if so what model and clamp type it is?

Glad to help if I can. But ATM it's bad news re getting a FD to match the two rears I have. As mentioned, I have two Veloce rears, but the front I've managed to find is Athena, plus it's 80s era, whilst the two rears are 90s/00s. But I should mention that I'm just in the process of reorganizing my store of bike kit following a recent house move, so everything's in dissaray and I can't immediately check for other Veloce FDs. I'm certain I have other triple Campag FDs, but not sure if they'd be Veloce and also the correct eras. Might take me a week or two to have a good search for you, and I guess by then you may decide to buy the bits separately from different sellers rather than waiting on me, but let me know if I should bother looking.

Thanks for the initial hunt.
I’m in no rush so just let me know once you’ve sorted it out. Medium or long cage derailleur is main priority . Jan Heine at BQ actually recommends double FD for front triples as the triples are designed for specific ring sizes.

That's fine, thanks for your patience. By a stroke of luck I haven't had to do much extra searching before coming across a second triple FD. And a bonus is that it's one that matches both the rear derailleurs I have, both with the model and era. Strangely though, despite it having been matched with one of the RDs when fitted on a bike I have, one of the derailleurs is marked 9 speed, whilst the other has 10 speed written on it:) And it all appears to be the original kit on the bike. But I believe the FD would work fine with either 9 or 10 speed setups. Anyway, another bonus is that, after now being able to lay my hands on both derailleurs, I've discovered that one of them is long cage and the other medium (from memory I was pretty sure both were medium, as I mentioned to you previously), so you have a handy option of being able to choose which one best suits your bike/gear ratios. Another thing is that the FD was fitted to a steel frame, so the band size is the standard 28.6mm diameter for this tubing. I checked about your TOEI campeur bike and discovered that it's a vintage steel framed bike, so obvs will have the right kind of tubing to fit the band size. I must admit then when I saw your ad requesting 9/10 speed kit I'd expected the bike it was to go on to be a more modern one, not vintage, likely requiring the bigger band sizes or for a braze on FD, but of course it's a common thing (and quite necessary for when the bike will be ridden over serious distances) that riders replace the original vintage kit with modern stuff, including changing the wheels to match. Also interesting to hear what you say regarding the usage of double FDs with chainsets fitted with specific ring sizes. I'd heard of some Campag FDs that outwardly look like standard triple designs, (but in fact are designed to help the shifting on double chainsets where there's a large difference between the sizes of the two rings fitted) but never the other way around, where a standard double can cope with three rings:) It's all interesting.
Anyway, see below for some pics of the three derailleurs. BTW the pic of the long cage RD shows it's cable barrel adjuster broken, but I have a spare one I'll include if you decide to buy. And of course I'll work out prices for you if you're interested in anything.
As above. Ideally something 9 or 10 speed. Planning to pair with downtube shifters on a TOEI campeur I am restoring.
