Likely doable, I think GB recommends max 2,3” for 60mm, as the profile is relatively flat compared to 50mm. Fitting anything wider than 40mm, particularly something with knobs or spikes was challenging.

Currently running Billy Bonkers @ 2.25 so not too worried there.
Related, I am (probably wrongly) remembering an online resource that showed actual tyre profiles 1:1. Anyone know what this is? If it doesn't exist – somebody* should probably do this.
