It was built up, the customer had some issues with the paint so the frame and forks were replaced and it's been sitting in a basement ever since (year or two possibly). My understanding is that it was never ridden and I can't find the paint issue. I can only imagine the dirt is from a bit of mould rather than riding but I may be wrong. Either way it's practically free so come and get it!
