Looks like 3T Vola, and you have the wrong screw in the wrong place, and you've probably lost the pressure plate, parts 15 and 16 in the diagram It's anticlockwise to clamp once you have the right parts in the right order.

What are these tt clamps? I need to tighten up the extension but the torx head just spins and I can't see a way to hold it inside the extension.
