The news page says this happened on Redbourn High Street, and at the Redbourn Roundabout—was it at the northern arm of the roundabout (which leads to the High Street)?

Fingers crossed he or she is OK.

Yeah it seems a confused report. All the activity was around the roundabout. Not miles from the high street but not the high street. May be a pedestrian but I saw the Red Kia and a bike close by so drew my conclusions from that.

But was it around the northern arm? I should have said that it is the High Street from the roundabout—even though it's obviously not very highstreety there yet.
