It's unusual in that the female part is attached with sideways webbing. But the male part, i.e. the part you want, is likely to be a standard design with a standard prong. Find other products with the same size plastic buckle, perhaps in a shop or under your bed, and test to see what fits. Then buy a standard buckle. (Lots on ebay, search for plastic buckle.) Or skip the testing and risk £3 on a buckle in the hope it will work.
