Was kind of hoping the FA might have got Pep at the end of the season. Be interesting to see Tuchel, as he’s not one to toe the party line, might give the FA a few sleepless nights.

Sat down to watch Norn Iron be smashed by Bulgaria (unbeaten in 9, 0 goals conceded in the Nations League). But we utterly knocked their pan in, 5-0, our biggest win in history. One Prem player in the whole line-up (Bradley), which has an average age of 21 (would be about 16 if Paddy McNair wasn't still playing), some kid from Liege getting our first hat-trick since Healy. Lovely evening.

Said kid was at Everton for 12 years before moving to Liège.

Wonder how the Ingerland away fans will take this.

Ai, ai, ippy, Tuchel bombed our chippy

Mason Mount, Chilly and Reece James straight into the team then. 🤭

Hudson-Odoi at left-back. It's coming home.

More of the same, very dull appointment IMVHO.

That's unfair actually, he could be great.

I think I got whiplash from that change of opinion :D

So true! 🤣 I never really clicked with him when he was with us, he came across as a massive knob, but he did get us big ears for a second time, so... But he ran out of ideas pretty quick the following season. He's got teams over the line, I'm guessing that's why he got the nod.

I think its a great appointment. he has a winning mentality. things at Chelsea didn't work in the 2nd year but i think he has that burn out thing with players were the intensity becomes overbearing with International teams its in short bursts.
Also im just loving all the gamons loose there shit over a forrin becoming manager -

Wasn't he the first manager to not win anything with Bayern Munich in 20 years or something?
Sounds like a rush appointment to me, they wanted someone in before it turned into a long running drama.

it wasn't working at at all at Bayern for him thats true but he has won every where else he has gone and his time at chelsea was so good at the start and turned that team around.
also the fact a few of my other home nations friends are worried about it makes me think its a step in the right direction

He won the league there in his first year didn't he? It's possible he wasn't there for the whole year though if that makes a difference.

West Ham really are dire

Arsenal, up against it with 10 men for over an hour (again, rolll eyes emojiii)
-
• #171694
No cramp issues this time I note. Well done Arteta.
-
• #171695
Playing against 10 men is harder though. Lol

1 or 2 before saafampton scored. Great corner though

2-0 again proving a dangerous scoreline this season (but not for us this time 😀)

There's no way the refs can say for sure that was a clear goal scoring opportunity, Evanilson was closer to the halfway line.

Shocking decision, but not surprising.

Clear red.
Jonas Eidvall quit, hurrah!
Here's hoping for an uptick from the dross he's been putting out.
