Just generally catching up with threads I’ve neglected, lots of gold in these last few pages. Especially heartwarming you’re making a ‘proper’ version of that decaleur hack. I’ve done some, both with direct mount stems and GoPro mounts with a few years in between and always expected someone (Ortlieb?) to start producing something, but nope.

The decaleur project has stalled a bit, the company cutting the plates has gone non-communicado, I’ve been lazy about finding a new one. Will get there eventually.

@Eeyorecore I was wondering if you might have an idea on the AC length of a 1” fat chance yo Eddy fork? I got a YO frame with a 1” steerer of a mate and am looking for a suitable replacement just not sure if I should be looking for 390mm or perhaps 410mm.

Unfortunately not a constant. I know that my unicrown is shorter than the segmented fork.
