I've had a 4Season I got cheap in my tyre collection for years. I can't bring myself to use it. Makes me a little bit sick in my mouth. :D
I'd probably go for the 32mm GP5000 before one of them, even if the lifespan is half what I'd get out of more of a training tyre.
They're a bit cheaper now, since most tyres are now TL versions.

I agree with the others about not using a tubeless tyre if you're not going to run it tubeless.
I assume you already considered a 32mm Conti 4 season, any reason you don't go for that?
