This neff does have fry/boil detection apparently, you can set a target temp and the sensor will apparently make sure it stays there.
There's a bewildering amount of stuff in the manual, fuck knows when I'll get round to reading it properly. I just like playing with the knob!

Even just setting a timer on a zone was a revelation when moving to induction. Hold temp sounds great. Jam making ahoy.

I'm still trying to get over the fact that my new and as-yet-unused Nef induction hob has Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity, and may require firmware upgrades. WTAF.

Yeah my Miele one has that but I found it wasn't super accurate - good for a simmer though rather than trying to cook things to certain temps
