I might just get a freestanding cooker for ours so I don't end up with a second-rate version of these.

Are they all Neffs? Are they the forum's induction hob of choice?

I got a moderately posh Bosch induction hob from someone that bought it new but never fitted it.
I then never fitted it and it's still wrapped up unused.
