Love it, this could be soo good but oh man, so much money needed to refresh it to the level it deserves. Unfortunately it’s more likely to be knocked down and replaced by an enormous grey McMansion by the future buyer.

yep. 2 doors down is a greige monstrosity which genuinely looks like an pharmacy lab (in a bad way; see the 18th slide). a few doors down on the other side of the road have a lime green lambo though
