That's quite cool - I like it. I can easily imagine the phrases 'needs work', 'swimming pool' and 'pond on roof' might get expensive.

Love it, this could be soo good but oh man, so much money needed to refresh it to the level it deserves. Unfortunately it’s more likely to be knocked down and replaced by an enormous grey McMansion by the future buyer.
