As soon as I knew that it was being done I wanted it. I love gas hobs but I hate cleaning the fuckers and with the way induction hobs are usually installed, crumbs and bits always seem to get under the edges.
In the show room the silicon round the edges of the ones they had were a bit chunky but the installers did a great job, there's no more than a couple of mm on ours and the silicon blends in perfectly. Really happy.

I now have hob envy, and I haven't even used mine yet. I didn't even realise that was possible. Very nice.
