Everyone knows as much as anyone who has read Cyclingnews and Twitter and watched Netflix. Even Zak Dempster didn't really know and said it was a 'management decision'. Pro-Pidcockers will say it's the team's fault, anti-Pidcockers will say he's never been a team player and has under achieved.
