Three? Now I’m intrigued.
I’m going to order some bolts and bits today as I needed some spacers from Accu anyway. Thinking two 3mm torx bolts per flap should do it…..

One at the back to keep your friends dry
One at the front to keep your feet and front of chain set dry
One in the middle (front of rear guard just behind BB) to keep your feet and chain set even dryer
