Don't see why it can't be a bit of everything. Biggest issue is the scoring. Get rid of that, and just give awards. Best run, best trick, spirit of freeride, best save. Make it more fun and less about exactly how many points anyone got. It's impossible to compare lots of it. Think they need a fresh hillside too. That'll mix it up.

I agree - as an event it needs to decide what it is, the current billing as the premier free ride event that de facto is a (super high consequence) slopestyle event is a bit silly.
