I've got a load of mx4200s, flashed with retail firmware. I added an mx5500 (I think) which has CF firmware, and I get occasional dropouts since adding it, so I think that's down to the new CF firmware unit.
It should work, but I think you will need the CF router to be the master, or the other way round. I can't remember exactly (head like a sieve)

So I'm with community fibre with the MX5600, but can't quite cover the whole house.
Anyone know if this is compatible to add as a node?
