Insulation in our down-to-the-studs reno.
The wood you see is 2x4 studs.
About 2 1/2 inches of spray foam on all exterior walls and the roof of the attic. As well as preventing heat loss it blocks a lot of noise.

I realise at this juncture it's probably too late but... is that an open cell foam? Have you checked with your mortgage provider? I know there have been issues people being refused mortgages because of spray foam.
