If they are dead they just come away easily. A bit of grossness and pus but it’s a 15 second thing.

There was one last bit in the middle stuck after the whole thing turned 90 degrees upwards last night, and it really didn’t want to come out, even after soaking in hot water for ages

I’m also a big wuss!
