I think it's fairly normal that riders who are actively looking to leave a team don't get selected for major races.

Not major riders like that. You manage them out in a way that demonstrates your values, which I guess they’ve actually done tbf.
Why would any young talent want to go to Ineos at this point? Are the salaries still top end?
