Which type of unit have you got, Daikin or Cosy 6?
If it’s configured to run in pure weather compensation mode (which it ought to be), then there is no concept of a ‘thermostat’, the heat pump modulates itself according to the outdoor sensor and the weather compensation curve set in the controller.
If you’re not reaching your desired indoor temperature, then you’ll need to adjust the weather compensation curve in the controller.
But yes, call Octopus, it’s their job to do all of this for you.
