A system boiler needs the same amount of gubbins as a heat pump (UVC, diverters etc).
Again, don’t forget about the £7.5K grant!
How much would you quote for a complete Vaillant system boiler with 250l Vaillant tank and weather compensating sensoCOMFORT controllers, entirely new plumbing from scratch etc?

I’m just struggling to see how going via how much stuff costs and the what the grant actually gives you in term of like for like. Considering ASHP uses a lot more kit than stay a combi system.
