Hmm, in two minds now. I can get the crank ones (their cycling ones) for 100 euros, the others might be over kill? Time for a ponder.
They'll wet out nicer than jeans but don't get the waterproof benefit.. cinder are overkill for a few short rainy rides a year but on the flipside, if you get cold easily or face longer rainy rides or don't like boil in a bag overtrousers, might be worth it.
It's a little eye watering.. ask me after 7 hours of scottish rain and river crossing and they were priceless... obviously there are cheaper ways to stay dry around town on short rides but they are class.
Size wise, I'm 32 in most things and got medium, would like them to feel a shade more fitted but they sit right. Seem true to the size guide.
Also ripped mine slipping over a wet rock, sent them in for repair and got a new pair back as it was awkwardly over a zipper.
