Any suggestions for a supplier for stripwood and mouldings in South East London / Kent? Champion Timber as recommended a few posts up don't seem to have the size I need.
I don't think this shape exists premade so I'll need to glue together a rectangle section (28mm x 9mm) and a half dowel (20mm x 10mm).
I feel like I should use hardwood (sapele?) for durability but I'd probably settle for pine if it was significantly more convenient to source.
Can't you router it to that shape using a 10mm radius bead router bit. then cut the straight edge down to size with a jigsaw =and tidy up with a chisel.
