I don't think it's the Ergon's fault, I rode ~430km, having only done 2x100km rides on it since June when I busted my collarbone. The position was being adjusted through the whole ride. I ended up dropping the saddle a bit after raising it (probably too far) and eventually angled it nose down a little as well as pushing it forward. But all this was from an arbitrary starting point anyway, not a proper fit or anything.
I probably needed more miles to toughen up my arse before doing a 400k. 600k this weekend and I think I'll try and even newer bike and saddle combo for the LOLs. Because you're not really alive if you're not in pain.
Oh dear not what I wanted to hear as just bought an silk+ and ergon saddle for my old man gooch. Hope your shredding unshreds . Any tips on this combo in all your 100s if adjustments?
Well done on an October 400!
