Im going to stud and lower my ceiling and overboard. The long dimension of one is a tad over 4m. Could I join together a couple of 2400mm 2x3 (sistering them together) to make that span?

Why not just get 4.8m 2x3 and cut it to length?

I keep finding a minimum order of 5 for stuff that long annoyingly. Im going to stud out the walls later and get a proper measurement - maybe my measurements dont line up with real life.
