Did Pee Wee Ferris use the "I feel you" bit of that in one of his tracks?
Dunno about this one, it's not doing it for me. Maybe the I've overdone the coffee/Monster combo now.

He did use that sample and it did sound a bit more happy hardcore the second time I listened to it so I'm on the fence about it now. Same era breakbeat style but easy on the cheesy
