1) i use calibre (synced to a cloud drive, but that's just so I can use it across multiple computers - it's not necessary for sending to kindle).
- purchase from A-A
- add to calibre
(- optionally fix the metadata, fix the HTML, fix formatting, reduce image size, covert to epub if not already) - send to kindle / other device (from an IMAP email to the kindle one)
