I ordered 2x1kg bags for me and a friend, thinking it might save some post, but it was 2x£6= £12. Nice packaging and coffee.

oh - that's odd.

i've just put 2x1kg in my cart and gone to check out (as an experiment) and it's showing £5.50 postage for 2kg of beans.

I just double checked - £12 post. 2 x 1kg house espresso, same shipment and address. Not complaining, just for info.
