• Oh thats totally what I will do. I wont turn down a brand new pair of pedals, was just pondering if I may be able to continute to use the old ones. Makes complete sense that I wont be able to.

  • I guess we'll find out when you tell us how the process went :)

You could try and get tricky and block bits of their app so that your return submission is sent but any response is blocked but you might just find that messes up your return. Depends how many fucks you give and how much time you want to invest. I've not seen the product so don't know what's possible - maybe their process will insist on having the old pedals plugged in and confirm their remote bricking, maybe they'll not even bother.

  • Yeah it's really good news. I've never owned anything by stages, but more brands making power meter surely has to be a good thing.

With the experience and financial power of giant behind them they should be safe now. I'm no business guru and I don't know why the company failed, but it's encouraging that giant saw enough good in the company to buy it.

  • Anyone know where I can find a WKO3 installer?

Or, can Golden Cheetah or similar read WKO files at all?

I used to run WKO3 and lost the install due to HDD failure. Never bothered to reinstall but now I'm trying to find some ride notes from old rides which are probably in WKO files.

  • Nevermind. I can use trainingpeaks.com

  • Anyone need CR2450N for their Power2Max meters? I seem to have far more than I need since moving the bikes with those meters to Poland.

  • The N version of the battery is slightly different to the regular 2450 one, it’s got a small lip on it.

I’d take a couple of them as spares for my NGeco if they are compatible though.

  • Yes, they're the correct battery for the S-Type and the NGeco (which is what my gravel cranks are) and possibly others like the Classic but I've never owned those

This says they're also for the Classic:

  • Yes please mate, my NGEco is the only PM I really trust that I have left...

  • I'm guessing you lazy fuckers aren't going to pop over so how best to distribute?

Maybe I'll post them out and you can do a forum donation or something if you haven't already

  • If you are doing any of the March 15th madness I'll be there, likely bridges for old times sake

  • "You get a CR2450N and you get a CR2450N and you get a CR2450N!"

  • Any had an issue after swapping pedals between bikes? Mine now read 10w max :(

    Assioma Uno's...

Or have any for sale I suppose?

  • I once swapped a NDS crank with a 4iii power meter over to a different bike, and after that it failed/read only low watts. Ran calibration, firmware update, all sorts, to no effect. Contact with supplier confirmed it was borked. I'm guessing somehow managed to fuck a strain gauge up.
