Has anyone had the current flu jab? I had it yesterday late morning and it's totally wiped me out. Spent yesterday afternoon failing to not fall asleep. Napped in the evening. Today I'm full of aches and no position is comfortable. Woolly head. And random pains in my ribs. Still not as bad as actual flu, it's just thrown me a bit.

Had one 4 hrs ago.
Doing fine at the mo.
Sore arm from the Covid one I had on Thursday.

My nextdoor neighbour had hers two days ago (flu and COVID jabs), just seen her, she's absolutely wiped out too, no appetite, feels like shit, she's off back to bed.

Yes, had no reaction. Obviously there is a chance you are actually ill, I was also warned.it takes up to two weeks for full efficacy so chance it could even be flu! Or of course COVID...

I was ok for a couple hours, even did some gardening...

Two days ago I had covid in the right shoulder and flu in the left. I've now got rock hard deltoids when totally at rest and a bit achy.

Don't bi/multifocals work by your eye looking through different parts of the lens though (basically actuated by tilting your head up and down)? How is that supposed to work when the lens is sitting on your eyeball? There's no relative movement!

Let me know how you get on with them? I was given a trial set but told that they took some getting used to and they wouldn't let me wear them and ride home from the opticians.

Er indoors has varifocal contacts. I just have varifocal glasses that are doing my actual head in.
